This is a newer piece and was influenced by Eivind Aarset and some of the music he has composed over the years. If you have not heard his music check him out, it is very good.

The title comes from the toggling back and forth between 7/4 and 4/4 time signatures.
I tried some different arrangement ideas with this song and I was very happy with the dynamic up and down flow of the music. For me, it gives the track more power when the dynamics kick into the full band.

I like the harmonized guitars that lead up to the guitar solo. It is something I want to investigate more. Every time I hear Odd Even I wish I had developed and expanded the music a bit more.
