The title of this release refers to the age of the music. I composed over half of these tunes decades ago. And throughout the years I have performed many of these songs with various bands. They have been tested in live performance on the stage.

Most of these older songs unfortunately were never properly recorded or not recorded at all. As I have aged I came to the realization that at some point in the future I might not be able to play this music like it should be played. As David Lee Roth so aptly said, ‘singing is a perishable skill.’ Well, so is guitar playing.... at least at the level I am used to.
